Background of the Study

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is a key driver of economic growth, particularly in developing regions like Ajaokuta LGA. Governments often offer tax incentives to attract foreign investors and promote industrialization. These incentives may include tax breaks, reduced tax rates, and exemptions to encourage foreign companies to establish operations in the region. However, the influence of tax incentives on FDI inflows in Ajaokuta LGA has not been comprehensively studied. This research will explore how tax incentives affect the inflow of FDI into Ajaokuta LGA.
